  • YOUR CASE

Rumours abound that there is more hidden treasure to be found around Downham Market, and it is attracting the attention of all sorts of unscrupulous treasure seekers. Famous local archaeologist, Dusty Bones, is adamant that the treasure must be found and secured before it falls into the wrong hands. He needs as much help as possible - that means you! Can you solve the clues and reveal the location of the missing treasure?

    Downham Market

Downham Market is one of Norfolk's oldest market towns, dating back to Saxon times and still retains a wealth of interesting historical buildings. The outdoor markets on Friday and Saturday, selling a variety of local produce, remain as popular as ever. Downham Market is located on the main A10, between King's Lynn to the North and Ely to the South. It is also easily accessible by train (barely an hour north of London), with the local station just a short stroll from the town centre. A delightful place to visit!

The trail is approximately 2 miles long and will take about 2 hours to complete. Car parking should be available at the Paradise Road car park (PE38 9HS). The terrain is generally level and good under foot. Due to a section of parkland to navigate this Trail is unfortunately not considered suitable for wheelchairs.
