YOUR CASE
Local residents are in shock after the bodies of popular English teachers, Dot Yorize and Chris Yortees, were found at their home. The police have identified a number of suspects and possible murder weapons but need your help in identifying the real culprit. Can YOU correctly solve the clues and so identify who committed this evil crime, together with which weapon they used?
Attleborough
Although much of Attleborough was destroyed by fire in the mid 16th Century there remains some great examples of medieval and Norman architecture. Perhaps one of the towns strangest historical events was the Rogues Fair which was held to coincide with the day that prisoners, on their way to the March Assizes in Thetford, were held overnight in the basement of a local hotel. The first turnpike (toll) road was also thought to have been created here at the end of the 17th Century.
This is a walking trail in the Murder Mystery format. It is approximately 1.7 miles long and you should allow up to 2 hours to complete it. Free parking is available off Queen's Square (NR17 2AZ) (except on Thursday [Market Day]). The trail is set over good, level, terrain throughout and is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
