Shortlisted for Tourism Awards

Treasure Trails Lancashire is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Best Visitor Experience category at the Lancashire and Blackpool Tourism Awards for 2011/12 in our first year of business. The category rewards tourism businesses that provide "an outstanding unique experience for its customers".

The Lancashire and Blackpool Tourism Awards are the county’s premier awards; they recognise the outstanding qualities and achievements of local tourism businesses, as well as the contribution they make to Lancashire’s £3 billion visitor economy.

The other shortlisted attractions are:

The Grand Theatre, Blackpool
Walkabout Theatre, The Dukes, Lancaster
Canoe Safari, WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre. nr Ormskirk

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Blackpool Pleasure Beach on Thursday 22 September.
