Long ago, when lions walked the streets of Leominster, one of its good citizens was murdered by vagabonds when he was working in the gardens of the monastery! Apparently the gang was after cuttings of the medicinal herbs used by the monks to cure the common cold. As the leader was never found, the mystery is still unsolved. Can you find the murderer and the weapon used?

Located in the heart of the beautiful border countryside between England and Wales, lies Leominster, an historic market town. Leominster (pronounced 'Lemster') dates back to the 7th Century. In the town you will find a wide variety of small shops, cafes, pubs and antiques shops, making Leominster the ideal place to spend a lazy afternoon strolling around in very pleasant surroundings.
This is a Murder Mystery Trail. The Trail is on pavements and easy walking with no steps or steep inclines at all to negotiate. The Trail ends at a really nice picnic spot and there is a children's playground towards the end for the younger members of the family! The Trail will take you approximately 2 hours assuming you don't divert into the many shops and cafes along the route! It is about 1.5 miles long.
