YOUR CASE
Heard the twilight barking? Word is, ruffly, that some cruel villain is kidnapping pedigree pups to make fur coats for export. The dogs of Primrose Hill have their suspicions who has been slaughtering our best friends and how, and have told canine language expert, Rex Dolittle, via a series of clues. Can you solve them and help put an end to these dastardly doggy doings?
Primrose Hill
From the colourful bustle of Camden to the placid quirkiness of Primrose Hill with its pastel townhouses and inviting teashops, and on to the spectacular views from Primrose Hill Park and the leafy cool of Regent's Park... This murder mystery walking Trail is full of scenic London variety. The walk takes in the Regent's Canal at Camden and passes by Camden Lock and London Zoo.
As the route includes Primrose Hill and Regent's Park, why not consider bringing a picnic in fine weather? We've included some games and things to do in the park too!
The route includes a steep hill (ascent and descent) so while it is accessible for wheelchair users it is not recommended without assistance. We also advise close supervision of children on this Trail as part of the route follows the canalside path where there are some tripping hazards. The area around Camden, the market and the Lock can get very busy, so please take this into account when planning your visit.
Approximate distance 3 miles. Estimated completion time just over 2 hours (excluding optional breaks, games and picnics).
The Trail starts and ends close to Camden Town Station. Nearest Tube Station: Camden Town (Northern Line) Bus Routes: see Transport for London at http://www.tfl.gov.uk for routes and times.
The Trail is suitable for pushchairs. It is acceptable for wheelchairs in the main part, although there are some kerbs and a steep hill which would require some assistance.
