SPECIAL OCCASIONS 
For a special occasion, Treasure Trails can create a personalised trail for you. Treasure Trails write fun, unusual and entertaining birthday parties, hen and stag dos and other special occasions. Get in touch using the form on the left for more details.
We can adapt any of our existing Trails into a special experience for a special occasion. Here's how it works:
- Select a trail location from within the Gloucestershire catalogue.
- Create your own title (not more than 20 characters) i.e. Jamie's 12th Birthday.
- Provide your own message (not more than 30 characters) e.g. Happy Birthday Son or To Jamie from Mum and Dad, or the date of the party.
- Send us a photograph (to replace the cover image) and up to three additional photographs or a personal message that we can include in the inside back cover. [Photographs must be landscape format and high quality jpeg files].
- We also need to know the date of birth of the individual and when you require the special occasion Trails to be delivered.
- We will personalise the Trail and post the required number of copies out to you.
Personalisation costs £15 plus £5 per Trail ordered plus £1.50 p+p. Trails are ideal for small groups of 4-5 people therefore for parties of more than this number multiple copies are recommended. They also make great souvenirs of the happy event. And if you order 10 or more copies the personalisation is free.
For a more comprehensive package we can add to the Trail by including additional quizzes, a shopping challenge, dingbats etc. - we have plenty of ideas to suit all ages and tastes. And to enable you to run your party without having to think too much about it beforehand we can package the whole 'event' with an Organisers Pack including all the answers in a sealed envelope so you can join in the fun too. For this we charge an additional £50.
And for the ultimate special event, we can do all of the above BUT we will run the event for you, send out the invitations, and manage all the logistics. Because this is tailored to your requirements we will talk to you first before we confirm a quote. As a rough guide we suggest you budget in the region of about £20 per head.
