  • YOUR CASE

It was with interest that people learned of the murdered body of money lender, Ivor Wadd, discovered down a quiet cobbled lane in the Old City of Bristol. He had been on borrowed time since, over the years, he had earned many enemies as a result of his ruthless ways. It seems he's now repaid in full. Never-never-the- less a crime has been committed and the culprit must be found. Solve the clues, find whodunnit and you might share the reward.

    Bristol Old City

This Trail, one of 5 currently available in the heart of Bristol, is a circular walk of 1.5 miles. It explores the very oldest parts of the city centre where a wealth of history and cultural diverity awaits. Beginning and ending at one of the original gateways to the city in Nelson Street (bottom end of Broad Street), the Trail takes in cobbled streets, alleyways, the fascinating and vibrant St Nicholas Market, Colston Hall and the Christmas Steps.

Due to the number of steps along this Trail it is regrettably not accessible for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Parking is available in the many city centre carparks, the nearest of which is at Broadmead.

    WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
We found it very interesting and the children had great fun looking for the clues and working out the solutions. A great couple of hours spent on a very sunny day!
