A murder has been committed close to lovely Bourton-on-the-Water. Can you solve the clues and find out who did it and with which weapon? This Trail will take you from the village centre through some of the most scenic and historical parts of Bourton, including the 5 bridges over the River Windrush, the Model Village, the Motor Museum, Birdland and the site of a Roman encampment.
Our most popular Trail to date, this Murder Mystery is 2.5 miles long and should take you about 2 hours to complete. It is fairly level throughout and the ground is mainly paved with one section on a grass footpath and one along a track within a light wood.
There are several car parks in the town, the nearest being in Station Road. The Trail starts at the Rissington end of the green, where two bridges can be found close together.
