Each of the 5 new Trails are a great way to explore parts of the city on foot and we're sure you'll find more than you were looking for as you follow the Trail, solve the clues and see the sights. Win a Bristol Holiday – Terms and Conditions
By participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor (Destination Bristol), which are final and binding. Only one entry per Trail purchased. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors, are incomplete, corrupted or illegible will not be accepted. Neither Treasure Trails nor Destination Bristol can be held responsible for computer system hardware, software or program errors, or other failures in computer transmissions or network connections for any entries lost or delayed. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
Employees of any sponsor and staff and families of related suppliers, tour agents, sponsors, advertising, promotion and production agencies, and their agents and immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
The closing date for an entry is 12 midnight GMT on 29 February 2012. Winners will be selected in a random draw within fifteen (15) days of this closing date, from all eligible entries received by the closing date. Drawing will be conducted by Treasure Trails on behalf of Destination Bristol, whose decision will be final.
Winners will be notified within two weeks of the draw. Odds of winning are based on eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. All entries become the property of Treasure Trails on behalf of Destination Bristol and will not be returned. In case of the unavailability of any prize Destination Bristol reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize must be taken, and travel completed, by 31 August, 2012.
By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to and releases Destination Bristol, the prize sponsors and its employees and agencies, representatives, affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising, promotions agents of each of the above, from all liability of any type whatsoever.
Destination Bristol reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any sweepstakes should virus, computer hackers, or any other cause beyond its control impede the administration and or security of such sweepstakes.
All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, meals, ground transportation, passport and visa fees, security fees, taxes, insurance, petrol or otherwise are the responsibility solely of the winner. · The prize value is £200 in vouchers to spend in a store of the winner’s choice in Bristol’s city centre shopping area, including Cabot Circus, Quakers Friars and The Galleries. This prize will be issued in the form of a letter from the Bristol City Centre Retail Manager and is not exchangeable for cash. The winner must contact the Bristol City Centre Retail Manager to redeem their prize and select the retail outlet of their choice in which to spend the £200 vouchers.
