Imagine the horror of the residents of Frinton when they discovered the evil intentions of one Dr. Dia B. Olical! Dr Olical has created a dastardly device, designed to destroy the beautiful seafront at Frinton. When activated, the device will cover the sand in extra-sticky oil, so nobody will be able to enjoy the beach ever again! Can you solve the clues and find the code to deactivate the device?
Frinton-on-Sea
The lively seaside resort of Frinton-on-Sea is a veritable haven of historical information and beautiful landscapes. Why not take a picnic down to the beach? This gorgeous little town is as quaint as it is picturesque. A two and a half mile walk, we recommend leaving around three hours to complete the Trail (this should give you time for an ice cream on the beach too!) and there's no need to worry about getting lost - we'll take you back to your car at the end. The perfect day out for all the family.
This Trail is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Please note, however, that one of the clues (slightly off the beaten path) does require going down two very shallow steps. This should not exclude pushchairs at all, but wheelchair users may need to consider it when deciding whether to complete the Trail.
