  • YOUR CASE

Regular customers at one of the town's most popular restaurants are shocked to hear of the untimely demise of the chef. Something is fishy about the crime, especially since it has been revealed that Biff Wellington had a rather murky past. Will this rotten act be a cakewalk for the guilty person or can you solve the clues and reveal their identity?

    Stockton-on-Tees Riverside

Stockton-on-Tees is a large town spanning the banks of the River Tees. The river has always been important to the town; shipbuilding began here in the 15th century and Stockton was once the major port for County Durham, North Yorkshire and Westmoreland.

The Trail starts and ends at the Town Hall in the centre of the high street. As you follow the Trail you’ll discover the riverside and its unusual bridges, enjoy views to Roseberry Topping and find some historical buildings and monuments.

This Trail is 2 miles in length and will take you around one and a half hours to complete.

Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs due to a stepped section.
