If you had trouble solving a Trail, don't blame yourself! Although we try our best to keep Trails as up to date as possible, sometimes clues get removed or damaged without our knowledge.
When a problem has been reported we fix the Trail immediately, but if your Trail was bought some time ago, your copy will still have the old clue. However to allow you still to enter the competition, the answer to the clue is shown below.

Beaminster: Clue 2 - The shop at this clue has gone and a new shop is in its place. The answer is Chantel Hebrin on some Trails. New Trails have a new clue.
Beaminster: Clue 5 - The butcher has changed his name, and no longer has a pink pig! Therefore the clue on new Trails has been changed. The answer to Clue 5 is Bertie Frampton on some Trails.
Beaminster: Clue 17 - The fruity shop keeper is no more, Simon Berry's shop has closed. The answer to Clue 17 is Simon Grimsdale on some Trails.
Blandford Forum: Clue 15 - The sign at The Star house has been removed, therefore the clue on new Trails has been changed. The answer to Clue 15 is Neil Beresford on some Trails.
Blandford Forum: Clue 19 - One of your 'E's' should be an A. It will make sense when you are at this clue.
Bournemouth Central: Clue 13 - The sign at the tennis club has been taken down for cleaning/painting, although the answer is also at the putting green, it can be missed. The answer to Clue 13 is 15.
Bournemouth Central: Clue 2 - The wooden 'Coppice Corner' notice has disappeared. The answer to Clue 2 is 3151616935.
Bournemouth Central: Clue 2 - The answer to your clue is on a drain cover, which unfortunately has been covered in paint making it illegible. The answer to Clue 2 is CM538D075.
Bournemouth Gardens & Sands: Clue 13 - The security company has changed from SPS to Chris Lewis, the answer to Clue 13 on some Trails is South Priory Springs.
Bournemouth Gardens & Sands: Clue 16 - The notice board at the Bournemouth Aviary has been replaced. The answer to clue 13 on some Trails is The Bex Graffix Beach Resort.
Bournemouth Gardens & Sands: Clue 19 - The hotel opposite the Russell Cotes Museum has changed it's name to the Days Hotel. The answer to Clue 19 on some Trails is Marsham Court.
Bournemouth Gardens & Sands: Clue 19 - The photo was at the bus stop, but this has been changed. The answer to Clue 19 on some Trails is Seafront.
Bournemouth Sands & Gardens: Clue 14 - The map on the Cityscape map dispenser has been vandalised. The road name above BLING is Verulum. The answer to Clue 14 on some Trails is Veru Lum.
Bournemouth Sands & Gardens: Clue 15 - The notice on the bird Aviary has been removed. The answer to Clue 15 on some Trails is Helena Waxbill.

Bournemouth Yellow Buses 2: Clue 22 - The large building by the bus stop used to be the Sheridan IMAX Cinema but the sign has now been removed. The answer to Clue 22 on some Trails is Sheridan.
Bournemouth Yellow Buses 1: Clue 7 - The sign at Lillies Lodge has been changed and the name of the resident has been removed. The answer to Clue 7 is Laura D. Derby on some Trails.
Bournemouth Yellow Buses 1: Clue 8 - The wooden board with the leaf in Boscombe Gardens has disappeared. The answer to Clue 8 is Annabelle Sharp.
Bridport Town: Clue 21 - The shop here has closed down, the answer takes the V above the 10ft at the one way street, and the name of the shop, Harps. New Trails have a new answer. The answer to Clue 21 on some Trails is Vee Harp.
Buckland Newton: Clue 5 - The slide in the play area has been replaced so you can no longer see the name of the one from Kettering. This Trail has been rewritten with a new start at The Gaggle of Geese. The answer to Clue 5 on some Trails is W.Ickstead.
Buckland Newton: Clue 19 - The large board naming all the vicars of Buckland Newton has been temporarily removed to place on the name of the last vicar. The answer to Clue 19, the stuttering vicar, is Bob Friday.
Cerne Abbas: Clue 16 - The Celtic cross of Arthur Kerr has fallen over, the answer is the same but you may have missed the cross. The answer to Clue 6 is Charles North.
Charmouth: Clue 4 - Betchworth House is now a clinic and no longer a B & B, although their car park does still say "for guests parking only".
Charmouth: Clue 7 - The flag warning sign has been removed from the beach. The clue has been changed on new Trails. The answer to clue 7 is is Orange Beach.
Charmouth: Direction 10 - Ida's Village Stores has closed and has been replaced by a pharmacy.
Christchurch: Clue 17 - The answer is on a gravestone in a corner to the left of the front entrance to The Priory, however this is currently covered by scaffolding. The answer to Clue 17 is Minnie Court Est.
Christchurch: Clue 18 - The answer is on a drainpipe also to the left of the front entrance to The Priory, which is currently covered by scaffolding. The answer to Clue 18 1928, The Old Power Station.
Corfe 4 Kids: Clue 1 - The signpost here has been changed and no longer directs Old Harry away from Scotland, but Scotland is still on the signpost.
Corfe Castle: Clue 1 - This clue has been a bit tricky for a few trailers, you need to add up the numbers below SY on the wooden sign post, take that number, which is 45 and then count the 45th word on the Welcome to Corfe info board. The answer to Clue 1 is Ruins.
Corfe Castle: Clue 1 - The signpost here has been changed and no longer directs Old Harry away from Scotland, but Scotland is still on the signpost.
Corfe Castle: Clue 12 - Another tricky clue for some. A 3 striped investigator is a Detective Sargeant, therefore you need the 2 middle red letters, DS on the arch of the war memorial. The answer to Clue 12 is Donkey Street.
Dorchester Town: Clue 1 - The business, Charles Stanley, has recently located away from here, therefore you will not be able to see the name behind Thomas Hardy. The answer to Clue 1 is Stanley Charles.
Dorchester, Old Fordington and Borough Gardens (previously Fordington & Borough Gardens): Clue - 2 The house here has had a sudden growth of ivy covering the wall and the house name. The answer to your clue is an anagram of Salisbury Villas.
Giants Head: Clue 16 - The organic shop has increased its shop opening time to 5 days a week from 4 days. The clue on new Trails has been changed. The answer to Clue 16 is 3.
Lulworth Cove: Clue 15 The clock in this clue has recently been damaged by wind, it should be replaced shortly. If the clock is not at the Beach House the date you need is 1854. The answer to Clue 15 is Nobodys Inn.
Lyme Regis: Clue 6 The seafront is being re-developed and the pathway is blocked so you cannot ge to the telescope where the answer to you clue can be found. The answer to Clue 6 is Wanstead Wharf.
Piddle Valley: Clue 12 - The plaque on the seat that you need to answer this clue has been changed. The date used to be 1923 it is now 1922. The answer on some Trails is Angels Independent Bowls Club.
Piddle Valley: Clue 12 - The seat you need to answer this clue has been removed. The date you need is 1923. The answer is Angels Independent Bowls Club.
Piddle Valley: Clue 16 - A few Trailers have commented that the clue using the kids club and their telephone number is too complicated, therefore the clue on new Trails has been changed, but still gives the same answer. The answer to Clue 16 on all Trails is Avadea Lea
Piddle Valley: Clue 25 - The answer to this clue has been missed off the Trail with this Unique reference no. TT08130667. Please telephone or email Caroline for a free Trail of choice. The answer is Gewiss Landing Bay.
Poole Park: Clue 7 - The seat by the eagles has been removed, therefore the clue on new Trails has been changed. The answer to Clue 7 is T W Diffey on some Trails.
Poole Park: Clue 8 - The sign at the Poole Radio Yacht Club has been removed. I have been told that it has been removed for re-painting and will be replaced shortly. The answer to Clue 8 is 1950.
Poole Park: Clue 9 - The number at this clue should read KM53419 and not KM53409. The Trail has been updated so only a few have this error.
Poole Park: Clue 16 - The Mezza Luna Restaurant has changed it's name but the clue can still be solved. The security firm is still Capstan Security at present, so the answer to clue 16 is Katy Capstan.
Portland Bill 2: Clue 8 - The walk to the Church Ope Cove has been blocked for a while, and you may not be able to get access. The answer to Clue 8 is 1014ft giving The Tombstone Graveyard.
Poundbury: Clue 8 - The business with the six squares next to PSL has moved, the missing telephone number is 01305 259625. The answer to Clue 8 is 224.
Poundbury: Clue 11 - The purveyors of fine foods and wines have moved. The answer is Trenchermans. New Trails have a new clue.
Poundbury: Clue 22 - The old post box has been moved. The answer is Victoria. New Trails have a new clue.
Sandbanks: Direction 6 - Not Trail Trouble just a printing error, the direction should say Branksome Chine Beach Shop and not Branksome Dene Beach Shop. This has now been altered on the Trail.
Sandbanks: Clue 24 - The 4 rosettes at reception have been replaced by some artowrk, therefore you will not be able to solve this clue. The date you need for your answer is 2006.
Shaftesbury: Clue 4 - The "Board removed for renovation". The answer to Clue 4 is Naomi Dawn Davis-Cox.
Shaftesbury: Clue 15 - The Museum has some renovation work going on at the moment so it is not possible to see the bell which has your answer. New Trails have a new clue. Hopefully the work will be finished soon. The answer to Clue 15 is John Masters.
Sherborne: Clue 12 - The shop opposite the Swan has closed. This has happened twice. The sign at The Swan Inn has also been painted and the swan is no longer water-skiing. The answer to Clue 12 is Jerome Perte on some Trails and Johnny Greystoke on others.
Sherborne: Clue 12 - The Swan has recently changed it's name to The Arch, so there is no 'white slender bird' any longer as mentioned in the clue. The answer to the clue is on the sign at the Somerset and Dorset Animal Rescue. The answer to Clue 12 is Siri Lanka.
Sherborne: Clue 13 Mr Macintosh and Mr Pisani have parted company, Mr Pisani’s Christian name was Piers. The answer to Clue 13 is Piers Norman.
Swanage 4 Kids: Clue 6 The diver has been moved from the front of the Hungry Shark cafe. The word you need is written on the diver, therefore you will not be able to solve this clue. The answer to Clue 6 is London.
The Tarrants: Orders 3 - The signpost at the crossroads has been broken off, to the left is Keyneston Mill, make sure you turn right here.
The Tarrants: Clue 17 - The sign here has been re-painted. The answer to Clue 17 is Parking.
The Tarrants: Clue 18 - The weather vane you need is past Launceston Farm, not the one at the house called Peasants Nye.
Wareham Walk the Walls: Clue 23 - The clue is fine on the Trail, but on some of the first Trail versions the answer you can see after submitting your answer is incorrect, it says St John's Hill instead of Allan Hallows.
West Bay: Clue 12 - The picture of Palmers Brewery was on a lamp at the Hotel Entrance, but has been removed for renovation. The missing words are Palmers Traditional Beer. The answer to Clue 12 is BalildonBond.
West Bay: Clue 19 - The Yellow Saab Wave Radar has been temporarily removed. Later Trails have had this clue removed. The answer to Clue 19 is Saab.
Weymouth Town: Clue 14 - The side wall of the building that had the clue has been painted over, therefore the clue on new Trails has been changed. The answer to Clue 14 is Mick Colwell.
Wimborne Minster: Clue 3 - The big sign on the side wall of The Laughing Teapot has been removed. New Trails have a new clue. The answer is Cherrie C.Ache on some Trails.
Wimborne Minster: Clue 4 - The Tivoli Theatre has recently been redecorated, and the artist name has not been replaced. New Trails have a new clue. The answer is Paul Buckfield on some Trails.
