He had always been a jolly fellow during his lifetime, but did he have a dark and murky past which drove him to commit suicide in the pub cellar? Maybe, but I don't think so. Help our ghostly landlord solve the clues to find his ghostly murderer and their ghostly weapon so he can finally rest in peace.
Sturminster Newton
This Trail will lead you though some of the most beautiful scenery in Dorset, starting at The Mill with a walk along the footpaths to the haunted Colber Bridge and into the ancient Market Town. In the heart of the Blackmore Vale, Sturminster Newton was once the largest calf market in Europe. The cattle market and the railway line of the Somerset and Dorset now long gone, but replaced by the lovely Railway Gardens and The Exchange with a full events programme of art,music and theatre and so much more.
This Murder Mystery Trail should take about 2 1/2 hours with about 2 miles of walking. Unfortunately because it follows some of the rural footpaths the Trail is unsuitable for wheelchairs and for most pushchairs.
