YOUR CASE
Bertie Greenbush had been the park gardener for longer than anyone could remember. He had just discovered a rare mandeville plant growing in the park and was going to announce his wonderful discovery at the local horticultural show, when his body was found in the potting shed. Solve the clues to find out which one of Bertie's green fingered rivals has bumped him off and pinched his plant, and you could win a prize.
Poole Park
Poole Park is located close to Poole's town centre on the shores of the largest inland saltwater lake in the UK, famous for its aquatic birds and miniature railway. It compromises of 109.5 acres of which 60 acres are water. It was opened in 1890 by the Prince of Wales, and is as popular with families today as it ever was. The Park was designated a Conservation Area in 1995.
This Murder Mystery Trail leads you around Poole's Victorian park, which is a great venue for relaxing and playing, with a children's ice rink, two play areas, cricket pitches, watersports, crazy golf course, putting green and tennis courts, or sit and feed the ducks or stroll along the lakeside. Get away from the hustle & bustle of normal life. This Trail should take at least 2 hours, although the beauty of the Park will make you want to stay longer, with 1.5 miles of walking and is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
