Bournemouth Sands & Gardens
You don't have to go far to see some of Bournemouth's glorious gardens! The Upper, Central and Lower Gardens are situated close to the town centre and Bournemouth Pier. The Lower garden hosts a number of events including the popular candle illuminations which attract thousands of spectators on summer evenings. The Upper and Central gardens are quieter and are ideal for taking some time out to relax or to enjoy a summer picnic.
Bournemouth's seven long miles of golden sands are bigger and better than ever before, offering something for everyone! The Trail is not a circular Trail so you will need to walk back to your car by either retracing your steps or taking any of the walks available.
This murder mystery Trail is a fairly relaxing Trail with no difficult areas to negotiate, which makes it suitable for both wheelchairs and pushchairs. The Trail should take about 3.5 hours with 1.8 miles of walking, but you will need to walk back to the start of the Trail, which would make your total walk about 3 miles. If you have children, why not order the Bournemouth Gardens & Sands 4 kid's. This is a Treasure Trail especially for kids following the same route but with easier clues.
