YOUR MISSION
Dr Badden-Madd has been up to his dastardly tricks once again. This time, he has plans to devastate the town of Axminster, famous for its carpet industry, by detonating a device containing millions of tiny wool-eating weevils. Can you complete the trail and work out the code to deactivate the device containing the evil weevils, to save the good townsfolk of Axminster from having to replace their carpets with laminate flooring?
Axminster
The delightful town of Axminster lies close to the Devon/Dorset border in the beautiful Axe Valley. Renowned throughout the world for its famous carpet making industry, Axminster is now a bustling market town, with a variety of shops selling local produce and many independent family-run businesses. The town is only 5 miles inland from Lyme Bay, which was recently appointed a World Heritage Site as part of the Jurassic Coastline.
This is a walking trail in the Spy Mission format. The trail is approximately 1.5 miles long and is set on pavements and footpaths. It is suitable for light pushchairs but regrettably not wheelchairs as there are two small flights of steps. The trail starts at Axminster Train Station.
