  • YOUR CASE

The body of local art teacher, Tina Paint, has been discovered outside her studio in Duffield this morning. Police suspect foul play after Ms Paint's friend, Lee Sal, told them 'Tina has been getting hate mail following her recent life model classes'. Police have a number of suspects in mind, but they need your skills to track down the villain and the weapon used. Can you help?

    Duffield

Duffield has a castle. It has a river. It has a church, shops, restaurants, pubs, a nature reserve and a fabulous playing field - and it has a Treasure Trail now as well. This Murder Mystery takes you around the historic town of Duffield, showing you the best and most picturesque sites as you solve the mystery of Tina Paint's demise. You will see great riverside views, a host of shops in a busy high street, the quiet back streets and the eerie castle site that is no more. You will feel the rush of the trains as they thunder past - and then you will find yourself in a quiet oasis of calm with a huge open playing field where sport might be being played - or you might have it all to yourself. Down by the river you might see swans - and depending upon the time of year, the wild flower meadow can be a riot of colour where you can loose yourself for a while. Duffield has it all.

Most of this 2 hour 2 mile route is along pathways and roadways - but there are a couple of areas where you might need stout walking shoes especially if it has recently been raining. Light pushchairs should be OK but there is a pedestrian bridge up and over a railway. Refreshment facilities exist throughout the town - subject to normal opening times.
