Delivery Information

Treasure Trails are available to purchase as a PDF to download and print at home or as a professionally printed booklet which is sent through the post. Both purchase options also include access to your Trail through our app.

Postal Trails

If you choose to have your Treasure Trail delivered, we will post it out via First Class Royal Mail. Our Printed Trail price is included in the price of the Printed Trail, and there is not an added fee for delivery at checkout.

We print and dispatch Trails from our Head Office in Cornwall using First Class Royal Mail. We aim to print and dispatch on the same day for all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday – otherwise your Trail will be sent on the next available working day. This means that you should receive your Trails within the next few working days after posting. If you have experienced a delay, please get in touch and we will look into the status of your order.

Please note that during busy periods (especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order, however we will do our best to get your Trail to you as soon as possible.

Downloads

If you select a Download Trail format, you will receive an email confirmation with the links to the PDF. You will also be able to access them through your online account on our website.

You can also access the PDF copies of any Printed format Trails you purchase through your online account.

Please note that Trails are for personal use only and cannot be photocopied. If you are exploring with multiple groups and would like more than one copy of the Trail, we recommend purchasing the required number so that each group has their own Trail booklet.
