  • YOUR CASE

Windermere celebrity window cleaner Mark Sargone, owner of Winderclear Windows has been found slumped over his desk in his office. Sargone shot to fame in the reality show "Holes in my Bucket and Ladders for Legs." This is not an open and shut case. Police have no clear leads but are looking into the mystery. There is a list of potential suspects. Can you help them clear this case and find out who did it?

    WINDERMERE TOWN

Windermere is one of the Lake District's best-known place names, but where exactly is it?
For most, Windermere means the lake or town, and even the surrounding countryside; the town of Windermere begins at the top of the hill on the northern shore of the lake, just below Orrest Head, where stunning views of the fells can be enjoyed, spreading down to the Lake at Bowness.
It was here that the railway ended on its way to the fells in the 19th century, it was due to reach Grasmere but Wordsworth and his pals put a stop to this.
Most visitors head straight down the hill to the lake, this Trail will take you on a wander around the Victorian stone and slate buildings that fill the narrow streets and paths often missed by most day trippers.
The Trail will not take more than a couple of hours but will certainly introduce some hidden corners, and point out not to miss sights.
The Trail begins and ends close to the centre of town, Broad Street, LA23 2AB, following a mixture of pavements and footpaths. The Trail is suitable for pushchairs but due to the terrain not wheelchairs.
There is a car park at the start point, but it can be busy at weekends.
