Team Building in Cumbria

At Treasure Trails Cumbria we recognise and understand the ‘added value’ that a team building event can bring to a business. Our aim is to ensure that delegates get as much out of the day as possible, have fun, enjoy, discover and have a memorable experience. From our base in Kendal we are able to run events anywhere in Cumbria            

   New Picture Trail Team Building Challenge

April 19th saw the first Windermere Picture Trail Team Challenge take place. We created a living game for 18 delegates from First Call in Blackpool. The brief was to get the delegates out and about around Bowness and Windermere, have fun and discover a little more about each other, over a four hour period.

Sean met the delegates for breakfast in Bowness, once coffee was finished the briefing was given. The challenge was for teams to visit a  number of locations around Windermere and Bowness. Locations were in groups of three, each was worth a number of points, visiting all three would earn extra points. The more points the further away. The team that collected most points were the winners. Teams were given digital cameras as locations were collected by taking a photo that meet the criteria and solving a clue. There were far more locations than the amount of photos that could be submitted at the finish, ensuring a fair amount of planning took place before heading out to an unsuspecting town.

Delegates submitted  their game packs, answers and cameras at a the given time and point otherwise points would be deducted.

The winners were announced at just before dinner at the groups hotel The Red Lion Hotel Grasmere.

Sean has spent over 20 years involved at the highest level in the Team Building Industry and has similar challenges across the county, and still creates challenges across the globe.
