He believes that King Arthur’s treasure remains buried beneath it and wants to lay claim to it. Archaeologists refute this and fear that a building of vital historical importance will be destroyed forever if Dr Madden-Badd’s wicked plot is not foiled. Can you discover the secret code to prevent the detonation of the bomb?
Tintagel
Myths and legends abound as you explore the historic village of Tintagel. The birthplace of King Arthur is a dramatic setting for this Spy Trail. Ancient buildings, historic ruins, a castle, and the beautiful rugged Cornish coastline are the ingredients that make this a cracking Trail.
This is a Spy Trail. The Trail takes you through the historic village of Tintagel and down to the castle via the cliff path. Part of the walk is along a very rocky path with a couple of stiles. There are also two steep hills.
The Trail is regrettably not suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
