Saltash is a flourishing modern town which has history dating back to the 12th Century. It is on the West bank of the river Tamar and is the gateway between Cornwall and Devon. It is particularly noted for its two bridges. The railway bridge was built by the great engineer I.K. Brunel. There are many reminders of him throughout the town. There are some fantastic views of the Tamar to be had.
This is a Murder Mystery Trail. This Trail is about 1 ½ miles long and should take 1 ½ hours. There is one steep downhill section and one steep uphill. The Trail is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
