  • YOUR CASE

Regulars at the town’s most popular ‘watering hole’, ‘The Long Arms’ were stunned to hear of the death of the licensee yesterday. The police officer in charge of the investigation has confirmed that they are treating the landlady’s death as ‘suspicious’. If you can uncover the truth about who took the publican’s life, and how they did so, you could win a prize!

    Liskeard

Liskeard was once one of the five original Stannary towns in Cornwall responsible for the administration of the tin mining industry. Today, Liskeard remains a picturesque and lively market town. It has an interesting history with some notable buildings: a Victorian Guildhall and clock tower; the Stuart House where Charles I stayed in 1644; and the second largest church in Cornwall.

This Trail will help you to see Liskeard in a new light and discover some of its hidden treasures.

This is a Murder Mystery Trail. The Trail is 1½ miles and takes approximately 1½ hours.

The Trail is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
