Unfortunately, Tim was accidentally teleported to an unknown location during the final testing. All attempts to find the code to unlock the device have failed and time is running out to rescue Tim. Ramsey - 1,000 years of history
Welcome to Ramsey! Ramsey is a fine Fenland market town with rich history and unique character. It is situated on the Fenland waterway networks. The town's long and captivating history is well evident through this Trail that links together key historical buildings and landmarks, including the remains of the Benedictine Abbey. Take this Trail to find out about the network of underground tunnels built in 1854, the clock designed to be powered by water and Britain's oldest nature reserve. Ramsey has a lot to offer to visitors. Why not combine this Trail with a visit to Ramsey Rural Museum or a nearby nature reserve? There are many beautiful walks around Ramsey connecting the town to Bury and nearby places of interest. Every August Ramsey hosts the 1940s Weekend, one of Britain's biggest living history events.
This is a walking Trail in the Spy format. It is approximately 1.5 miles long and you should allow around 2 hours to complete it. The Trail is set over good, level terrain throughout and is suitable for pushchairs. Regrettably, some sections of this Trail might not be suitable for wheelchairs.

Parking There is on-street parking available throughout the town. A free car park in Mews Close (PE26 1HX) is situated near to the Trail starting point (OS Explorer TL286 851).
Shopping and eating There are public conveniences at the car park. Most pubs, convenience stores and places selling refreshments are situated along Great Whyte and High Street.
