We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.

Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Before you set off on your awesome adventure to explore Cambridge, there are a few things you need to know...

You can see which area each of our Cambridge Trails cover by clicking this link and downloading the Trail territory PDF.

The route is friendly for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

The first clue is located in the museum grounds where dogs aren't allowed to enter, so please only bring your four-legged friends along if a member of your squad can wait with them here. It's also a busy city centre, so dogs will need to be kept on leads.

The closest long stay pay and display car park to the Trail start point is at the Queen Anne Terrace car park (CB1 1ND), just a 12-minute walk away. Or why not try Cambridge’s fantastic Park and Ride service

There are some fantastic events in Cambridge’s calendar, all of which are fantastic times to visit this beautiful city. However, you may find that some of the clues on this Trail become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. We recommend checking for events before you set off on your investigation.

There are public toilets available towards the beginning and end (in the Fitzwilliam Museum) of the Trail, as well as the middle, and the route passes a few pubs and cafes along the way.

Looking for more things to do in Cambridge? Make a day of it and visit Whipple Museum or the Fitzwilliam Museum to learn more twisting tales about Cambridge? You could even challenge yourself to our Cambridge Central Trail and let out your inner treasure seeker!
