YOUR MISSION
The annual Fayre is due any day and the evil entrepreneur Ivor Plan has placed rain seeds in a box ready to detonate and disperse them above the town causing it to rain for 30 days. He plans to ruin the Fayre for the folk of Beaconsfield and hopes they will instead flock to his theme park. Find the code and you can de-activate the device and save the day!
Beaconsfield Old Town
Beaconsfield Old Town was once a stopping point along the old coaching route between London and Oxford and evidence remains along the broad road called London End. The walk includes the churchyard where there is a connection with the National Press.
NB The annual Charter Fair is traditionally held on 10 May. On the 9th and 10th May the roads here are closed for the fairground and parking is impossible.
This 2 mile walking Trail is suitable for pushchairs. Wheelchair users would find most of the route accessible but there are a few kerbs to negotiate and one path across a green which may be avoided by using the perimeter path. Please allow about 2 hours to complete this Trail.
